Salata de quinoa cu pui, avocado si afine

Gata in 30 de minute, cu aproximativ 250 calorii pe portie. Tine de sat si este o buna si sanatoasa alegere pentru mancarea la cutiuta, pentru servicu sau scoala.

Ingrediente pentru 4-5 portii (depinde daca puneti piept de pui sau nu):
– 1 pahar (250ml) quinoa
– 2 pahare apa
– 2 cepe verzi, taiate fin
– 1 avocado, sau 1/2 avocado daca este din acela mare
– 1 bucata (50g) branza feta 
– 2 linguri ulei de masline-
– sucul de la o lamaie
– sare si piper dupa gust
– 1 pahar afine proaspete sau congelate
– o bucata piept de pui prajit (optional)
– o jumatate lingurita miere sau sirop de agave (optional)

Mod de preparare:
Quinoa se pune in apa cu putina sare. Cand incepe sa fiarba, se reduce temperatura, se acopera si se lasa la fiert pana cand apa este absorbita, vreo 15 minute. Se aereaza cu o furculita si se lasa sa se raceasca pana ajunge la temperatura camerei.

Intr-un castron se pune avocado taiat cubulete, feta sfaramata, ceapa verde taiata marunt si pieptul de pui taiat cubulete. Se adauga quinoa si se combina. 

Intr-un bowl se amesteca sucul de lamaie, uleiul, sarea si piperul. Se toarna acest dresing peste salata. Se pun si afinele si se amesteca usor.

Se tine la frigider pana la servire.
Am socotit ca o portie un pahar de 250 ml.
