Salata de pui, portocale si seminte de dovleac

Din cand in cand imi pregatesc cate o salata, ca sa ma rasfat. Salata din piept de pui, salata verde, portocale si samburi de dovleac este una dintre preferatele mele. Incercati-o si veti vedea de ce 🙂

Ingrediente pentru 4 portii:

  • 2 bucati piept de pui
  • o salata verde
  • 2 portocale
  • 1 lamaie
  • o lingura de ulei de semnte de dovleac sau masline
  • 100g seminte de dovleac
  • un fir de ceapa verde
  • sare si piper. 
  • Pentru marinata:
    • 2 linguri mustar
    • sare
    • piper
    • cimbru
    • un pic de miere
    • coaja si zeama de la o lamaie.

Mod de preparare: Pieptul de pui se lasa la marinat cateva ore, in compozitia de mai sus, dupa care se prajeste pe gratar sau in cuptor. Semintele de dovleac se prajesc si ele in cuptor, atentie sa nu le ardeti!

Salata verde se spala, se scurge de apa si se taie fasii. Pieptul de pui se taie si el fasii si se adauga la salata. Se taie ceapa cat mai marunt si portocala feliute subtiri. Se pun semintele de dovleac si acest amestec se stropeste cu dressingul  din sucul de lamaie, ulei, sare si piper dupa gust.

Atata de simplu, insa foarte sanatos si consistent.

Incercati si varianta de salata de pui cu iaurt, ridichi, marar si seminte de dovleac.
