Briose (muffins) de regim

Sunt briose (muffins) cu banane si afine, cu foarte putin zahar in compozitie si cu faina integrala (whole wheat) amestecata cu faina alba. Au un gust deosebit de bun si sunt mult mai sanatoase, in comparatie cu briosele facute dupa alte retete.

Ingrediente:

  • 200g faina alba
  • 115g faina integrala
  • 125g zahar
  • 2 lingurite scortisoara
  • 1 lingurita nucsoara
  • 2 lingurite praf de copt
  • 1 lingurita bicarbonat
  • 1/2 lingurita sare
  • 2 oua mari
  • 125ml ulei de canola sau walnut
  • 180ml zer
  • 2 lingurite esenta de vanilie
  • 2 banane bine coapte
  • o cana de afine
  • 1/2 cana nuci taiate bucatele mici. 

Mod de preparare: preincalziti cuptorul la 180C si pregatiti formele pentru muffins (ies in jur de 14-16 bucati).

Amestecati, intr-un bowl, faina, zaharul, scortisoara, nucsoara, praful de copt, bicarbonatul si sarea.

Intr-un alt bowl amestecati ouale cu uleiul, zerul si vanilia. Adaugati amestecul cu faina de mai sus si omogenizati. Adaugati bananele taiate bucatele, afinele si nuca. Amestecati usor, de cateva ori, pentru ca fructele si nuca sa se distribuie cat mai egal in aluat. 

Cu o lingura, puneti aluat in fiecare cupa de muffins, apoi puneti la cuptor,in jur de 20-25 minute. Trebuie sa fie rumeniti pe deasupra si sa treaca testul cu scobitoarea pentru a fi gata. 

Scoateti tava si lasati sa se raceasca 5 minute, dupa care scoateti fiecare muffin din tava si serviti la temperatura camerei. 

Pentru cei care prefera briosele mai dulci, se poate face un topping din 3 linguri zahar, 2 linguri nuci macinate fin si 1/2 lingurita scortisoara. Inainte sa bagati tava cu briose la cuptor, presarati acest topping deasupra fiecaruia si dati la cuptor. In rest, tot procesul este ca si cel de mai sus. Pentru noi au fost suficient de dulci si de buni si fara acest topping. 

Am taiat un muffin felii, ca sa vedeti ce bine arata 🙂
