Salata sanatoasa cu oua de prepelita

Nu voi scrie multe cuvinte despre aceasta salata, ingredientele vor vorbi de la sine despre calitatea si gustul ei.

Ingrediente:

  • 10 oua de prepelita fierte
  • 10 rosii micute (grape tomatoes)
  • 2 fire ceapa verde sau chives
  • 2 morcovi razuiti
  • un avocado bine copt
  • taiat bucatele
  • 50g mozzarella taiata cubulete
  • o lingura de capere (daca nu aveti capere, inlocuiti-le cu masline sau castraveti acri)
  • 3-4 funze de busuioc taiat fasiute cat mai subtiri
  • cateva fire de marar tocat
  • 4-5 linguri lapte batut
  • 1 lingurita mustar
  • sare si piper
  • o mana seminte de dovleac, prajite
  • cativa stropi de zeama de lamaie. 

Mod de preparare: ouale si rosiile se taie in 2 si se pun intr-un bowl incapator. Se adauga morcovii, avocado, mozzarella, ceapa verde, taiata si caperele. Peste ele se pune laptele batut amestecat cu mustarul, mararul si busuiocul. Se amesteca si se potriveste de sare si piper. Se adauga sucul de lamaie si semintele de dovleac.
