Papanasi fierti, cu fistic si pesmet

Pentru ca, in ultima vreme, se vorbeste destul de mult despre efectele benefice ale fisticului asupra sanatatii, m-am gandit sa-l folosesc mai  des in alimentatia noastra, asa ca am facut  papanasi cu fistic. Au fost buni!

Ingredinete pentru 14 papanasi:

  • 225g branza de vaci
  • scursa bine de apa
  • 1 ou
  • 3 linguri fistic macinat
  • 3-4 linguri gris
  • 1 lingurita coaja de lamaie
  • o lingura unt
  • 4 linguri pesmet
  • 3 linguri zahar brun
  • 1 lingurita scortisoara sau/si 1 plic zahar vanilat

Mod de preparare: Se pune apa,  cu un praf de sare, la fiert. 

Branza, oul, fisticul, coaja de lamaie si grisul se amesteca pana cand compozitia este omogena. Daca e prea moale,  adaugati un pic de gris. 

Formati mingiute cu mana uda. Cand apa fierbe, se introduc papanasii, cu grija sa nu se sparga, si se lasa la fiert pana se ridica la suprafata si incep sa se roteasca. (aprox.10min). Fierbeti la foc moderat. Se scot cu o spumiera si se lasa la scurs.

In untul incins, se pune pesmetul si se amesteca pana cand se rumeneste putin. Aveti grija sa nu se arda! Puneti zaharul si, daca va place, scortisoara si/sau zahar vanilat. Tavaliti panasii prin pesmet si serviti-i calduti. Sunt deliciosi.
