Salata de boeuf

Nimic nou sub soare. Salata de boef cu carne de vita o facem destul de rar, mai des facem aceasta salata cu piept de pui, desi, in acest caz, ar trebui sa-i schimbam denumirea 🙂 De data aceasta am cantarit fiecare ingredient si mi-a iesit o salata foarte buna (cea mai buna, dupa spusele sotului meu). Aveti mare grija ce fel de castraveti murati folositi, pentru ca de ei depinde in mare masura gustul intregii salate (de exemplu, daca castravetii au gust dulceag, salata nu iese asa de buna).

Ingredienentepentru a fierbe carnea:

  • 200-250g carne de vita
  • 200g morcov
  • o radacina de patrunjel
  • o tulpina de telina
  • 2 foi dafin
  • cateva boabe de piper
  • sare

Pentru salata:

  • 200-250g carne de vita fiarta in compozitia de mai sus
  • 200g morcovi din supa de mai sus
  • 500g cartofi, fierti separat (sunt buni cei cu coaja rosie, care nu se sfarma asa usor)
  • 200g castraveti murati
  • 200-250g mazare verde din conserva
  • 200g maioneza
  • o lingura de mustar

Mod de preparare: Carnea, morcovii, patrunjelul, telina, foile de dafin, piperul si sarea se pun la fiert in apa cat sa acopere. Se ia spuma de pe supa si se lasa la fiert in continuare. Incercati dupa aproximativ 30 minute sa vedeti daca sunt fierti morcovii (daca sunt subtiri, incercati chiar mai repede). Cand sunt fierti, scoateti-i pe un platou sa se raceasca. Carnea are nevoie de un timp mai lung de fierbere.

Separat, puneti cartofii la fiert cu un praf de sare.

Taiati castravetii si morcovii,  iar dupa ce s-au fiert, taiati si carnea si cartofii.

Dupa ce sunt toate taiate (cat de marunt le taiati, stabiliti dumneavoastra 🙂 , adaugati mazarea, putina sare si piper si maioneza cu mustarul. Amestecati usor ca sa nu se sparga boabele de mazare.
