Salata de vinete

Salata de vinete!!! Buna si nepretentioasa, singura cerinta este ca vinetele sa fie de calitate, altfel iese amaruie sau iute.

Ingrediente:

  • 2 vinete (aprox 1 kg)
  • o ceapa
  • sare
  • ulei
  • maioneza

Mod de preparare: am incercat un mod diferit de a coace vinetele. Le-am curatat de coaja si le-am feliat (rondele) cu grosimea de aprox 1 cm. Intr-o tava am asezat folie de aluminiu pe care am uns-o cu ulei, apoi am cladit rondelele de vinete. Le-am stropit cu ulei si le-am acoperit cu folie, apoi le-am introdus in cuptorul preincalzit la 180C, timp de 40min. Verificati dupa 30 min, s-ar putea sa fie coapte, depinde mult de cuptor. Cand varful cutitului sau o furculita intra cu usurinta in vinete, sunt coapte.

Vinetele se scot si fie se toaca, fie se fac cu mixerul. Se adauga ceapa taiata foarte fin. Puteti pune ceapa in mixer, impreuna cu sare si piper dupa gust. Adaugati uleiul si la urma, cand vinetele sunt complet reci, adaugati maioneza.

Daca sunteti vegetarian sau tineti post, renuntati la maioneza sau folositi maioneza vegetariana.
