Salata de paste cu peste pentru party

Am gasit niste paste spirale cu carbohidrati mai putini, cu spanac, pasta de tomate si sfecla rosie. Din 500g paste si 3 bucati de peste (tilapia) prajit am facut o salata bogata, colorata si satioasa. Va invit sa o incercati si voi, mai ales daca aveti musafiri sau faceti un party, pentru ca din cantitatile de mai jos va iese un bowl mare 🙂

Ingrediente
– 500g paste
– 3 bucati de peste prajit sau 2-3 conserve de peste in ulei
– o conserva de porumb
– o conserva de mazare
– 2-3 morcovi fierti, de marime medie spre mare
– 3-4 catei de usturoi (puteti pune chiar mai mult, eu am avut usturoi mai mare)
– 5-6 castraveti murati
– 10 masline
– 3-4 bucati de anghinare de la borcan (optional)
– 3 lingurite mustar
– maioneza dupa preferinta (eu nu pun prea multa, doar cat sa lege ingredientele)
– sare si piper dupa gust
– patrunjel tocat

Pastele se fierb in apa cu sare, conform intructiunilor de pe pachet. Morcovii se fierb in supa sau in apa cu putina sare. Nu-i fierbeti prea mult. Se taie cubulete. Se pun intr-un castron mai mare si se adauga mazarea si porumbul, clatite si strecurate. Se taie cartravetii, maslinele si anghinarea (daca folositi) si se adauga la salata. Se pune si carnea de peste maruntita. Eu am avut 3 felii de tilapia facut la cuptor, dar puteti sa folositi si peste din conserva. Pentru ca pestelui ii sta bine langa usturoi, adaugati si usturoiul tocat cat mai fin. Totul se leaga cu maioneza amestecata cu mustar. Se adauga patrunjelul si se potriveste de sare si piper.
