Salata cu piept de pui, bulb de fenicul si pomelo

Nu ma mai satur de salate! Parca nu e zi buna fara o salata buna. Pentru azi, o combinatie ceva mai deosebita: piept de pui, bulb de fenicul, morcov si pomelo. La aceasta, sotul meu a cerut paste. Am avut niste spirale multigrain, asa ca de ce nu? 
Este o salata cu un gust deosebit, pomelo si feniculul fiind doua ingrediente speciale.

Ingrediente: un bulb de fenicul si cateva frunzulite, 1 pomelo curatat de coaja, samburi si membrane (daca nu gasiti pomelo, puteti sa puneti portocala), un morcov dat pe razatoare, o ceapa (rosie daca aveti sau ceapa frantuzeasca), 3 linguri ulei de masline, 1-2 catei de usturoi, 1 ardei iute, 100-150g piept de pui fiert sau prajit, o lingurita zahar sau sirop de agave, sucul de la o lamaie, sare si piper dupa gust.

Mod de preparare: se soteaza ceapa, usturoiul si feniculul in uleiul de masline. Se ia de pe foc, se pun intr-un bowl incapator si se adauga morcovul razuit, pieptul de pui feliat, bucatele de pomelo, frunzulite de fenicul, sucul de lamaie, zaharul/siropul, sarea si piperul, iar din ardeiul iute cat doriti. Se amesteca si se serveste.

Daca va tenteaza varianta cu paste, atunci este nevoie sa fierbeti pastele dinainte, conform instructiunilor de pe pachet. Dupa ce s-au racit le puteti adauga salatei.

O salata tot pe baza de bulb de fenicul, dar cu mar, puteti gasi aici.
