Prajitura cu ciocolata, nuca si stafide (brownie)

Nu intentionam sa fac brownie dar mi-a ramas ciocolata topita de la alta prajitura si…

Mi-a iesit asa cum se cere: crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Poate un pic cam innalt pentru brownie, dar nu s-a suparat nimeni 🙂

Ingrediente: 115g unt (fara sare), 115g ciocolata semidulce, 200g zahar, 2 oua mai mari, 60ml lapte, 130g faina, 1 lingurita rasa de bicarbonat, 1 lingurita extract de vanilie, un pumn de nuca maruntita (poate fi usor prajita) si cateva stafide. 

Mod de preparare: Se preincalzeste cuptorul la 180C (350F) si se pregateste o tava de 20x20cm (se unge cu unt si se pune hartie de copt pe fund). Ciocolata si untul de topesc pe baie de abur. Se bat un pic cu telul pana compozitia devine spumoasa. Se ia de pe aburi si se adauga zaharul, apoi se omogenizeaza. Separat se bat ouale si se amesteca cu laptele usor caldut (ca de paine) si vanilia. Se toarna compozitia lapte-oua-vanilie in cea de ciocolata-unt si se omogenizeaza, batand bine cu telul. Se adauga faina amestecata cu bicarbonatul, nuca si stafidele. Dupa ce faina este complet incorporata, se toarna aluatul in forma si se da la copt aprox 30 min. (faceti testul cu scobitoarea, ca sa fiti sigure ca prajitura este coapta!)

Se lasa 5 minute sa stea in tava, apoi se scoate si se lasa la racit pe un gratar. Eu am lasat-o cu fata in jos, pentru ca era usor bombata. Se taie dupa preferinta si se serveste cu lapte sau fructe… sau sos de ciocolata…
