Chiftele vegetariene din dovlecel (tzuchini), branza si seminte de dovleac

Ingrediente:
– 1 dovlecel sau tzuchini
– 1 morcov 
– 1 ceapa mica (eu am pus chives)
– 2-3 catei usturoi
– 100g branza feta sau telemea (daca e de capra e si mai buna)
– 50g seminte de dovleac date prin rasnita de cafea sau aparatul de macinat nuca
– sare si piper dupa gust
– un pic de boia de ardei (puteti alege varianta iute)
– un pic de turmeric (optional)
– pesmet sau faina, cat cere aluatul
– patrunjel tocat (puteti pune si alte ierburi, marar, de exemplu, care merge foarte bine cu dovlecelul – eu n-am avut in casa)
– 1 ou
– ulei pentru prajit (recomand ulei de masline si unt: 2 linguri ulei, o lingura unt)

Mod de preparare:
Se curata dovlecelul de coaja si se razuie. Se lasa sa stea putin cu sare (nu prea multa sare!), dupa care se „stoarce” in palme si se pune intr-un castronel.
Se toaca ceapa si usturoiul si se asauga la dovlecel. Se razuie morcovul si branza si se amesteca cu dovlecelul. 
Se adauga toate celelalte ingrediente, in afara de ulei, si se formeaza un aluat. Puneti pesmet sau faina doar atat cat aluatul sa se tina impreuna, sa puteti forma chiftelele. Lasati sa stea la frigider 30 minute. 
Se prajesc in ulei, pe ambele parti. Sa aveti grija sa nu se rupa cand le intoarceti.

Sfat: prajiti intai o chiftea. Gustati si vedeti daca mai trebuie adaugat ceva (sare, piper, condiment… pesmet sau faina). Apoi prajiti restul.

Se servesc cu ce va place 🙂
Noi le-am servit cu cartofi fierti in coaja, apoi incalziti in  ulei de masline si susan, si salata de rosii.
