Salata de pui cu sparanghel si dressing cu marar si chefir

Un nou fel de mancare care se incadreaza in regulile regimului disociat sau Montignac, pentru ca proteina (pieptul de pui, maioneza si chefirul) este combinata doar cu vegetale (sparanghel, ridichi, rosii, marar). Este hranitoare si are un gust foarte bun.

Ingrediente:

  • o legatura de sparanghel
  • un piept de pui facut la cuptor sau pe gratar
  • 5-6 ridichi
  • 2-3 rosii
  • 2 linguri maioneza (low-fat)
  • 2 linguri chefir
  • 1 lingura marar proaspat tocat
  • 1 lingura suc proaspat de lamaie
  • sare si piper. 

Mod de preparare: Sparanghelul se taie pe diagonala si se fierbe 5-8 minute. Pieptul de pui (poate aveti ramas de la alt fel de mancare) se taie bucatele, ridichile se feliaza cat mai subtire. 

Dressingul: maioneza, chefirul, mararul si sucul de lamaie se amesteca si se potriveste de sare si piper.

Se pune dressingul peste sparanghel, pieptul de pui si ridichi si se amesteca. 

Pe fiecare farfurie se pun 2-3 felii de rosie, peste care se aseaza salata de pui. Cantitatile sunt pentru 4 portii.
