Salata de anghinare (artichoke), ardei copt si ton

Este o salata rapida, pe care o puteti face in 10 minute. Are un gust deosebit, dat de amestecul de arome mediteraniene, adaugat tonului. O puteti servi cu paine prajita (reteta originala) sau alaturi de cartofi dulci prajiti sau fierti, care vor contrabalansa gustul acrisor al salatei.

Ingrediente (4 portii):

  • 250g anghinare marinata
  • 250g ardei copt (de preferinta rosu sau capia) de la borcan
  • 1 conserva de ton in ulei
  • o legatura de marar proaspat
  • 2 maini de spanac (baby spinach)
  • 2 catei de usturoi
  • 2 linguri ulei de masline (extra virgin)
  • 1 lingura suc de lamaie proaspat (daca mai e nevoie)
  • piper

Mod de preparare: Anghinarea, spanacul si ardeiul copt se taie bucati si se aseaza intr-un bowl. Se scurge tonul de ulei si se adauga salatei, impreuna cu usturoiul si mararul, tocate cat mai marunt. Se pune uleiul, piperul si sucul de lamaie si se amesteca.
