Omleta cu ciuperci si spanac – un mic dejun sanatos si gustos

O dimineata obisnuita de sambata, ce sa gatesc pentru micul dejun? O omleta. Si, o banala omleta, m-a facut sa ma simt artista… in arta culinara 🙂

Ingrediente pentru o portie:

  • un ou intreg si 2 albusuri (am folosit albusuri la cutie, o sa vedeti in poze)
  • 4-5 ciupercute
  • o ceapa verde
  • o mana de spanac proaspat
  • 2 linguri cascaval razuit
  • ulei de masline
  • sare si piper

Mod de preparare: simplu. Ciupercutele, taiate felii, impreuna cu ceapa verde, taiata marunt, se soteaza, intr-o tigaie, in  cam o lingurita de ulei. Puneti un pic de sare. Cand ciupercile s-au inmuiat, puneti spanacul si mai lasati la sotat inca 1 minut, dupa care adaugati oul si albusurile batute, in care ati incorporat cascavalul, un praf de sare si piper. Lasati sa se coaca, fara sa amestecati, pana cand se rumeneste dedesubt. Intoarceti cu o spatula, incercand sa nu rupeti „clatita”. Lasati la rumenit si pe partea cealalta, dupa care rasturnati-o pe o farfurie. Daca mai vreti sa faceti inca o portie, procedati la fel. Eu am facut 3 portii si toate mi-au iesit bine si bune 🙂

Langa ea am facut o salata colorata, care mi-a dat energie pentru tot restul zilei 🙂
