Snitele din piept de pui cu couscous si sparanghel

Ingrediente pentru 4 portii:

  • 4 felii piept de pui
  • 1 ou
  • 2-3 linguri faina
  • 4-5 linguri pesmet
  • 2-3 linguri ulei
  • sare
  • piper
  • alte condimente (optional)

Pentru garnitura:

  • cateva fire de sparanghel
  • cam 150g couscous (aprox. o cana mai mica)
  • patrunjel
  • sare piper
  • ulei sau unt
  • lamaie
  • Eventual, puteti adauga si o salata.


Mod de preparare: pieptul de pui se bate usor, ca sa nu-l strivim. Se pune uleiul intr-o tigaie si se incinge. Feliile de carne se condimenteaza si se trec, pe rand, prin faina, ou si pesmet, apoi se pun la prajit. Se scot pe un platou.

Couscousul se pune intr-un vas care are capac, se condimenteaza si se amesteca cu patrunjelul tocat marunt. Se adauga o lingurita de unt sau ulei, apoi se toarna peste el apa fiarta (la o cana de couscous, puneti o cana jumate de apa fiarta) si se acopera 5 minute, dupa care se descopera si se amesteca usor cu o furculita.

Sparanghelul se opareste in apa cu sare, se scoate in apa cu ghiata, ca sa-si pastreze culoarea, se scurge de apa, se condimenteaza cu sare si piper si se stropeste cu 1 lingura ulei si 1 lingura zeama de lamaie.

Puteti adauga o salata de spanac, mar si struguri sau un sos de papaya.
