Pita cu salata de cruditati

Traficul nu este asa de mare la retetele vegetariene si vegane, insa nu asta ma intereseaza, ci ma bucur foarte mult sa fiu de ajutor celor care sunt mai atenti in legatura cu ce mananca. Eu nu am decis inca sa urmez o dieta vegetariana de vreun fel sau altul, insa sunt un pic mai selectiva cand e vorba de mancare. Ce va urma? Inca nu stiu:)

Ingrediente: o felie de pita, 2 morcovi, 2 tulpini de telina, 3 cepe verzi sau o ceapa mica, cateva frunze de salata verde, o bucata de tofu (cam 50g), 1 lingurita mustar, 2 linguri maioneza vegetala, sare si piper dupa gust. Fiti libere sa adaugati si alte legume sau verdeata, eu atat am simtit nevoia sa pun pentru acum.

Mod de preparare: morcovii se razuiesc pe razatoarea pentru mere si se stropesc cu putin suc de lamaie (nu e obligatoriu). Ceapa si telina se taie cat mai fin posibil, iar salata, spalata si zvantata, se  taie fasii. Tofu se taie cubulete. Se amesteca toate si se adauga mustarul, maioneza, sarea si piperul. Poate ca ar fi mers si niste seminte de dovleac sau de floarea soarelui….

Se taie pita in jumatate si cele doua „buzunare” rezultate se umplu cu salata de mai sus.
