Fasole verde cu porumb si sos de usturoi

Mama mi-a trimis o carte scoasa de Dr. Doru Laza, „Retete din bucataria edenica”. Am incercat cateva, dar nu am facut poze, asa ca nu le-am postat pana acum. Mai jos este o reteta de salata si una de sos, cu mici modificari fata de ceea ce era dat in carte. Sper sa va placa, noua ne-a placut foarte mult.

Salata de fasole verde si porumb

Ingrediente
– fasole verde tanara 250g, 
– boabe de porumb o cana (eu am folosit boabe din conserva), 
– ciuperci Champignon 2 bucati de marime medie (eu am avut ciuperci Oyster), 
– urzica pulbere 1 lingurita si fibra vegetala 2 linguri. In loc de urzica si fibra vegetala am pus 1 morcov dat pe razatoarea mica si patrunjel tocat. Fasolea merge foarte bine cu patrunjelul. 
-sosul de cartofi, dat in reteta din carte l-am inlocuit cu sosul de usturoi, pentru ca mi s-a parut ca se potriveste mai bine. 

Fasolea se fierbe si se taie in fragmente de marimea dorita de dumneavoastra. Ciupercile le-am oparit putin si le-am feliat si pe ele. Fasolea, ciupercile si porumbul se amesteca si se potrivesc de sare si piper (optional). Deasupra se pune sos de usturoi. 

Sos de usturoi 3 a la Eden
– 5 catei usturoi
– 2 linguri ulei de masline presat la rece
– 2 linguri suc de lamaie proaspat
– 1 pic de sare
– 4 linguri (eu am pus doar 2) fulgi de drojdie
– o cana apa (cana cam intre 150-200ml, vedeti ce consistenta are sosul) 
Se dau la blender toate ingredientele 1-2 minute. El le-am dat mai putin de 1 minut.
Se serveste doar proaspat.
