Briose (muffins) cu iaurt si stafide

Le-am denumit briose cu viata scurta, pentru ca au fost atat de bune incat au trecut intr-o clipa. Copilasul meu, care are 15 luni, a mancat una intreaga, impreuna cu un iaurtel. Asta i-a fost cina.Reteta am gasit-o pe blogul lui Vio (http://reteteculinarepentruincepatori-vio.blogspot.com/) si am personalizat-o 🙂

Ingrediente pentru 14 briose de marime medie:

  • 150g iaurt
  • 3 oua
  • 100g zahar
  • 250g faina
  • 1 lingurita praf de copt
  • 4 linguri ulei
  • 1 lingurita esenta de vanilie
  • 50g stafide

Mod de preparare: Ouale se freaca cu zaharul, apoi se adauga iaurtul, uleiul si faina amestecata cu praful de copt. Stafidele, stropite cu esenta de vanilie, se introduc in aluat si se amesteca usor, cu o lingura de lemn ,pana se incorporeaza in aluat. Cu o lingura, se toarna aluat in formele de briose si se dau la cuptorul preincalzit la 180C, timp de 25-30 minute. Verificati cand sunt coapte, pentru ca timpul depinde foarte mult de cuptor.

Mentiune: in reteta de pe blogul lui Vio, albusurile se bateau separat si se introduceau in galbenusele frecate cu zahar. Eu am mixat ouale intregi, pentru ca mi s-a parut mai rapid si nu am avut chef sa mai murdaresc inca un vas. Incercati si varianta cu albusul batut separat, probabil sunt mai pufoase:)
