Briose (muffins) cu afine si fulgi de migdale

  • 100g unt
  • 100g zahar
  • 2 oua
  • 150ml lapte
  • 300g faina
  • 1 lingurita praf de copt
  • 200g afine
  • 50g fulgi de migdale
  • 1 lingurita esenta de vanilie

Mod de preparare: Foarte simplu. Cuptorul se preincalzeste la 180C si se pregatesc formele de briose (muffins).

Untul se freaca cu zaharul, apoi se adauga ouale, esenta de vanilie, laptele si, la urma,  faina amestecata cu praful de copt. Se incorporeaza fulgii de migdale si afinele, amestecandu-se usor, ca sa nu se striveasca afinele. Se pune cate o lingura plina de aluat in fiecare forma si se dau la cuptor aproximativ 30-35 minute. Pentru ca timpul de coacere depinde foarte mult de cuptor, este bine sa verificati cu o scobitoare si cand aceasta iese curata din aluat, briosele sunt coapte.

Mi-au iesit 15 briose, noroc ca am doua tavi 🙂

O prietena mi-a spus ca a incercat reteta, insa a inlocuit fulgii de migdale cu cocos. I-au iesit foarte buni. Daca nu aveti afine sau migdale in casa, folositi alte fructe si alte nuts… 🙂

Poti incerca si Briose (Muffins) cu scortisoara si lapte batut sau Briose (muffins) cu iaurt si stafide.
