Am avut pofta de ceva dulce, insa n-am avut chef sa fac nimic complicat, asa ca am incercat reteta aceasta de gogosele rapide cu iaurt si in 15 minute le-am avut gata. Si in alte 15 minute nu mai era nici una… 🙂A doua oara am facut ceva mai deosebit. Cititi mai jos si priviti pozele, eu zic ca merita.

Ingrediente: 250 g iaurt, 1 ou, 280 g faina, 2 linguri zahar si un plic zahar vanilat, un praf de sare, 1 praf de copt si coaja de portocala (sau alte arome). Pentru prajit e bine sa folositi o baie de ulei incins de samburi de struguri.

Mod de preparare: Iaurtul se amesteca cu oul, zaharul, vanilia, sarea si coaja de portocala. Se pune faina si praful de copt si se amesteca pana aluatul devine pufos. Se pot auzi bulele de aer care se sparg. Daca aluatul e prea tare, mai adaugati putin iaurt, daca e prea moale, putina faina.

Intr-o craticioara se pune uleiul si cand acesta e bine incins, se pun cu lingurita gogosele de aluat si se coc pe ambele parti pana prind culoare frumoasa, apoi se scot pe hartie absorbanta.Eu am folosit o lingura mica, speciala pentru inghetata (ice cream scoop).

Se pudreaza cu zahar praf cu gust de vanilie sau dupa preferinta.

Dupa ce am copt vreo 16 gogosele, mi-a venit o idee, asa ca am pus restul de aluat intr-o punga, am taiat un colt al pungii (cam 1cm) si am spritat aluatul in spirala in tigaia cu ulei incins (vezi poza) Am copt pe ambele parti si dupa ce s-a racit am uns cu gem de caise, am pus fructe deasupra si am servit ca pe un fel de tarta.
