Ingredinete:

  • 390g faina
  • 1 lingurita praf de ghimbir
  • 1/2 lingurita scortisoara
  • 1/2 lingurita praf de cuisoare 
  • un zahar vanilat
  • 1/4 lingurita sare
  • 1/2 pachet praf de copt
  • 220g zahar brun
  • 100g miere sau melasa
  • 1 ou, plus un albus pentru ornat
  • zahar cristalizat pentru ornat

Mod de preparare

Se preincalzeste cuptorul la 165 grade Celsius. Se aseaza hartie de copt pe tava de copt.

Se amesteca faina cu sarea, praful de copt si cu pudrele de ghimbir, scortisoara si cuisoare. 

Intr-un alt castron se mixeaza oul cu zaharul. Se adauga treptat uleiul si apoi mierea si zaharul vanilat. Se combina ingredientele solide cu cele lichide si se omogenizeaza aluatul. 

Se formeaza bilute, care se aseaza in tava, lasand un pic de distanta intre ele, deoarece in cuptor mai cresc. 

Albusul se bate, apoi, folosind o pensula, se ung bilutele cu albus, iar deasupra se presara zaharul cristalizat.

Se coc in jur de 10-15 minute. Atentie la cuptor! Timpul de coacere difera de la un cuptor la altul. Trebuie sa aiba aspectul acela de crapat deasupra. Ele sunt moi cand le scoateti din cuptor, dar se mai intaresc dupa ce se racesc.

Se lasa sa se raceasca complet, dupa care se scot din tava.
