Smochine cu branza brie si miere de levantica

Este un aperitiv rafinat si gustos, din doar 3 ingrediente (4, daca puneti si nuca). Puteti folosi si alt tip de branza, de exemplu blue cheese sau branza de capra. Chiar si mierea de levantica o puteti inlocui cu miere de salcam sau tei. Se pot adauga si bucati de nuca sau migdale. 

Reclame

Ingrediente:
– smochine proaspete
– branza brie, cate o lingurita cu varf pentru fiecare smochina
– miere de levantica, cate 1/2 lingurita pentru fiecare smochina
– nuci sau alune taiate marunt (optional)

Se prepara foarte simplu:

Smochinele se spala si se sterg, apoi se taie in forma de cruce, la varf. Nu se taie pana jos, ci doar cat sa se desparta in patru si sa incapa o lingurita de branza la mijloc. Se dau la cuptor doar pana cand se topeste branza (sau se pot pune la microwave, 1 minut), apoi se scot, se aseaza pe platou si se toarna cate o jumatate de lingurita de miere peste fiecare smochina. 

Se presara nuca deasupra. Eu am uitat de nuca 🙁
