Piept de pui la cuptor – cel mai simplu si bun!

 Se prepara foarte simplu si are un gust extraordinar.

Ingrediente:
– 3 jumatati piept de pui
– 1 lamaie
– sare piper
– italian seasoning
– 1-2 fire ceapa verde (optional)
– 1-3 catei usturoi 
– 3 linguri pesmet
– 3 linguri smantana sau maioneza
– 2-3 linguri parmezan

Mod de preparare:
Am socotit cate o jumatate de piept de pui per persoana, noi suntem 3. 

Eu dau carnea intr-un clocot inainte de a o pune la cuptor, dar nu este necesar sa faceti la fel. Pun carnea intr-un castron si torn peste ea apa clocotita. O intorc pe toate partile, apoi o scot si o las un minut sa se zvante. 
Deci, se pregateste carnea. Se aseaza intr-o forma termorezistenta. Forma trebuie unsa cu ulei sau tapetata cu hartie de copt. 

Carnea se stropeste cu zeama de lamaie si se condimenteaza cu sare si piper. Se presara italian seasoning (sau ce fel de condimente preferati). 

Separat, intr-un castronel, se pune cate o lingura de maioneza sau smantana pentru fiecare jumatate de piept de pui. Deci, daca aveti trei jumatati, puneti 3 linguri. Se adauga cativa stropi de zeama de lamaie, sare si piper, usturoi tocat si condimente sau ierburi dupa gust. 

Se pune cate o lingura din acest amestec pe fiecare bucata de carne si se intinde pe toata suprafata. Deasupra se presara pesmet si parmezan, cam 1-2 linguri pentru fiecare bucata de carne.

Se coace timp de 30-40 minute, in cuptorul preincalzit la 200C. Verificati daca este coapta, pentru ca timpul de coacere depinde de mai multi factori.

Se serveste simplu, cu salata, sau cu garnitura si salata.
