Flori de dovlecel, delicate si comestibile 🙂 
Am cumparat cateva de la o ferma, dar erau atat de mici incat n-am putut sa le umplu, asa ca le-am facut pane. Data viitoare voi lua mai marisoare si le voi umple cu crema de branza. Oricum, au fost delicioase si au trecut intr-o clipita.

Ingrediente:

– flori de dovlecel (eu am avut vreo 20, mititele
– 1 ou
– 2 linguri cu varf faina
– in jur de 150 ml apa minerala (sau apa)
– sare, piper, nucsoara (alte condimente care va plac)
– ulei de masline 

Metoda:

Florile se spala si se indeparteaza frunzulitele. Daca puteti sa scoateti pistilul din interior este si mai bine. Incercati sa o faceti fara sa deteriorati floarea. Florile mele erau cat degetul mic, asa ca n-am reusit sa scot pistilul din toate. 
Se lasa sa se zvante.

Din ingredientele de mai sus se face un aluat ca de clatite. Se trec florile prin acest aluat si apoi se prajesc in ulei de masline, ca si la pane. Daca pastrati coditele, va va fi mai usor sa le intoarceti de pe o parte pe alta. In plus, se vor servi mai usor si vor arata mai bine. 

Se lasa sa se scurga de surplusul de ulei, apoi se servesc. Sunt bune caldute.
Puteti sa le serviti cu rosii sau/si sptropite cu o vinagreta.
