Cupa cu agrise sau desert racoritor cu agrise si crema de iaurt

Am gasit agrise! E drept ca au alta culoare, nu cea cu care eram eu obisnuita, insa gustul lor este acelasi. 
Este un desert rapid si bun, pe care l-am gasit (din nou!!!) in revista Secretele bucatariei (August 2009). Ar trebui sa primesc un premiu, pentru ca le incerc si public retetele 🙂

Ingredinete pentru 4 portii:
(cupe sau pahare de 250ml)

– 250g agrise
– 1/2 baton de vanilie sau un plic zahar vanilinat
– 110g zahar (eu am pus doar 80g)
– 225 g branza de vaci (am folosit ricotta)
– 150g iaurt gras
– suc de lamaie
– 12 amareti, adica fursecuri cu migdale… sau orice alte fursecuri aveti

Mod de preparare:
Se curata agrisele de codite si musati. Se spala. Se aseaza intr-o craticioara impreuna cu 40g zahar, zaharul vanilinat sau miezul si pastaia de vanilie si 4 linguri de apa. Se dau in clocot si se fierb la foc moale 2-3 minute. Apoi se lasa la racit. 

Branza de vaci se scurge de apa si se amesteca cu iaurtul si zaharul ramas. Se adauga un pic de suc de lamaie. 

Se scoate pastaia de vanilie (daca ati folosit) din compotul de agrise si agrisele se repartizeaza in cupe. Se pune si sucul de pe ele, dar sa nu depaseasca nivelul agriselor.

Se aseaza deasupra crema de branza, iar in top se presara amaretti zdrobiti. 
Eu am pus niste amaretti zdrobiti si intre stratul de agrise si crema.

Se pune un pic la frigider, e mai bun rece.
