Couscous cu pulpe de pui

Am cumparat un amestec de cuscus israelian, cu bobite de quinoa rosie si naut. Foarte bun. L-am preparat conform indicatiilor de pe pachet: 350ml apa sau supa se pun la fiert. Se adauga 1 si 1/4 cup couscous si o lingura de unt (sau ulei). Se lasa la fiert, la foc mic, 10 minute, dupa care se ia de pe foc, se acopera si se mai lasa inca 8 minute. Se potriveste de sare si piper.

Langa ele am servit pulpe de pui, dezosate, partea superioara. Le-am copt in cuptor, in putin ulei de masline si cu multe condimente, ceapa si usturoi. Deasupra am pus cateva rondele de rosii si cateva fire de marar. 

A fost tare bun, alaturi de o salata simpla din bulb de fenicul, sau fenicul cu mar.
