Ce farmec ar mai avea munca la bucatarie, daca nu ti-ar da posibilitatea sa „inventezi” cate ceva? Chiar daca, peste oarecare vreme, constati ca, de fapt, nimic nu e nou sub soare, pe moment ai senzatia ca ai creat ceva si te simti bine 🙂 
Cam asa stau lucrurile cu saratelele picante. La reteta de saratele, am adaugat putina boia, un pic de piper si nucsoara.

Ingrediente: 

  • 250gr cascaval
  • 200gr unt
  • 200gr faina si un pic de sare si piper
  • o jumatate lingurita boia
  • o jumatate de lingurita nucsoara.

Mod de preparare: Cascavalul se da pe razatoarea mica. Daca e mai moale, bagati-l la rece cateva minute. Se amesteca faina, cascavalul si untul taiat cubulete. Se condimenteaza cu sare, piper si nucsoara si se framanta aproximativ 5 minute, dupa care aluatul trebuie sa se desprinda bine de pe degete.

Se acopere cu o folie si se pune la frigider o ora, dupa care se intinde si se taie dupa preferinta. 

Eu le-am lasat asa cum sunt, dar puteti sa le ungeti deasupra cu ou si sa presarati susan sau chimen.

Se dau la cuptorul preincalzit la 200C, aprox 8-10 min, pana se rumenesc deasupra.
