Salata colorata

O salata pe care trebuie neaparat sa o faceti cand aveti oaspeti, ii veti impresiona cu siguranta! In domeniul culinar, rasfatul meu sunt salatele, asa ca ma tot impresionez cu cate una mai deosebita, simtindu-ma, deopotriva, si sef si oaspete la masa din bucatarie 🙂

Reclame

Ingrediente pentru 2-3 portii:

  • un ardei rosu
  • un ardei galben
  • un castravete
  • o rosie mai mare si mai carnoasa
  • 100-150g fasole verde
  • o bucatica de ginger proaspat
  • 2 linguri ulei de masline
  • 2-3 linguri suc de lamaie proaspat stors
  • sare si piper dupa gust
  • patrunjel

Mod de preparare: fierbeti fasolea in apa cu sare. Taiati-i capetele si pe urma sectionati fiecare pastaie in doua pe lungime (arata bine). Taiati si celelalte legume juliene, incercand, pe cat posibil sa aveti aceeasi lungime la toate. La castravete si rosie, scoateti semintele afara si taiati doar partea carnoasa. Faceti un dressing din ulei, sucul de lamaie, gingerul (ghimbir) proaspat razuit pe razatoarea mica, sare si piper. Turnati peste salata. Deasupra presarati patrunjel. Daca va place, puteti pune si ceapa la salata, eu nu am pus. 

Am pozat doar cum am feliat rosia, dar daca va uitati cu atentie la poze, va veti da seama cum sunt taiate celelalte legume. Este mai bine sa pastrati castravetele cu coaja, am sa fac si eu asa data viitoare.

Merge foarte bine langa o friptura, omleta sau puteti sa o consumati simplu, ca salata.
