Salata caprese -un aperitiv deosebit

Este o salata pe care italienii o folosesc ca aperitiv si pe care o mai numesc si tricolora, pentru ca este colorata ca si steagul italian: rosu, alb si verde. Este o salata rapida, cu doar 3 ingrediente de baza si are un gust exceptional. Eu am facut-o din curiozitate, mi-a placut foarte mult si am sa o mai fac si in alte variante…

Ingrediente pentru 2 portii:

  • 2 rosii mari (eu am folosit plum tomatoes, pentru ca sunt mai carnoase si mai putin suculente)
  • 175g bocconcini sau mozzarella (se recomanda buffalo mozzarella, dar eu nu am gasit)
  • cateva frunze proaspete de busuioc
  • 2 linguri ulei de masline (extra virgin)
  • o lingurita balsamic vinegar
  • sare si piper

Daca rosiile si bocconcini sunt de aproximativ aceeasi dimensiune, puteti face aranjamente mai frumoase. Am descoperit in comertul canadian, cutie de bocconcini feliati special pentru salata caprese (vezi pozele).

Mod de preparare: Frunzele de busuioc se spala si se lasa la zvantat. Intre timp, feliati rosiile si mozzarella. 

Asezati pe un platou rosiile, peste ele felii de bocconcini sau mozzarella si cate o frunza de busuioc. 

Deasupra turnati un amestec din ulei, vinegar, sare si piper. Am taiat si cateva frunze de busuioc si le-am adaugat acestui amestec.

Aceasta salata in stil Capri, are un gust rafinat, incercati si imi veti da dreptate.

Aranjamentele se pot face in foarte multe feluri. O simpla cautare pe google va va ajuta in acest sens.
