Ciorba simpla de pui cu gulii

Ciorba de pui cu gulii pentru copii cuminti. O pot servi si parintii fara nici un fel de probleme 🙂 Puteti adauga o lingura de iaurt sau smantana si, doar pentru parinti, un ardei iute.

Ingrediente: o lingura de ulei, 1 ceapa tocata marunt, un piept de pui, taiat cubulete, 2 gulii, 2-3 morcovi, 2-3 tulpini de telina, 3-4 cartofi, o foaie de dafin, patrunjel si marar, sare si piper dupa gust, iaurt/smatana, 2-3 linguri bors sau lamaie.

Mod de preparare: Se caleste ceapa in ulei. Se adauga carnea si se lasa la prajit pana cand isi schimba culoarea (vreo 5 minute, apoi se pune 1 cana de apa calduta. Se lasa sa fiarba vreo 15 minute. Se adauga telina, guliile si morcovii (se intelege, toate sunt taiate cubulete). Se potriveste de sare si piper. Peste inca 5 minute puteti pune cartofii. Dupa inca 10 minute, ciorba trebuie sa fie fiarta. Verificati.

Luati de pe foc si puneti mararul si patrunjelul tocat, apoi acoperiti oala cu un capac.

Pescuiti foaia de dafin si serviti ciorbica impreuna cu o lingura de iaurt/ smantana si putina zeama de lamaie sau cu bors.
Pentru parinti, mai ales pe timp de iarna, un ardei iute este o buna alegere ca si completare!
