Salata de avocado cu ton

Nu exista saptamana fara sa avem la masa cel putin o portie de salata de avocado. M-am obisnuit asa in perioada in care eram insarcinata si am continuat acest bun obicei. Salata aceasta este combinatia care mie imi place intr-un mod deosebit, nu doar pentru gust, ci si pentru ca e consistenta si plina de vitamine.

Aveti nevoie de:

  • un avocado de marime medie si bine copt
  • o ceapa mica
  • 3 rosii de marime medie
  • o conserva de ton in apa
  • 2 linguri suc proaspat de lamaie
  • 2 linguri ulei
  • marar
  • sare si piper
  • o salata mica

Mod de preparare: Conserva de ton de deschide si se strecoara. Se marunteste putin tonul, daca este cazul. Avocado se taie in doua, se scoate samburele, se cresteaza si apoi, cu ajutorul unei linguri se scoate din coaja (vezi poza). Se pune intr-un castron si imediat se stoarce o lamaie peste el (aprox.2 linguri), apoi se adauga tonul, ceapa  taiata cat mai fin, rosiile taiate felii, mararul tocat fin, sarea, piperul si uleiul. Se recomanda uleiul de masline, insa mie nu imi place gustul, asa ca l-am inlocuit cu ulei de samburi de struguri. Se amesteca si se aseaza peste salata taiata marunt.

Se pot pune si cateva bucatele de branza, insa eu o prefer fara 🙂
