Salata de morcovi cu nuca

O salata pe care o recomand tuturor celor care vor sa manance cat de cat sanatos. Este ideala si pentru regimurile vegetariene sau pentru persoanele care vor sa tina un post sanatos. Fiecare ingredient in parte are proprietati deosebite, despre care sper sa va pot scrie cateva randuri cat de curand. Este simplu de facut, este hranitoare si, prin ceea ce aduce fiecare ingredient in parte, este benefica pentru sanatate.

Ingrediente pentru 2 portii: doi morcovi de marime medie, dati pe razatoarea pentru mere, o mana de nuca proaspat macinata, 4-5 frunze de papadie tocate marunt (aveti grija de unde luati papadia, sa nu fie stropita cu substante nocive… eu am cumparat-o din magazin) sau, daca nu gasiti papadie, puneti patrunjel tocat, sucul de la o jumatate de lamaie, o lingurita ulei de samburi de struguri sau de nuca. Optional puteti adauga putina sare si o lingurita de seminte de canepa. 

Daca gasiti maioneza fara ou, adaugati si o lingura din aceasta si salata va fi si mai buna. 

Se amesteca toate aceste ingrediente si salata se serveste imediat.

Deci, daca nu sunteti vegetarieni stricti (vegani) si daca nu tineti post puteti adauga salatei si cateva linguri de iaurt.
