Salata de bulb de fenicul si mar

Am gasit reteta intr-o revista si mi-am zis sa o incerc cat de repede, pentru tot aveam pofta de o salata de cruditati, sanatoasa si gustoasa. M-am bucurat de rezultat, asa ca m-am gandit sa fac poze si sa impartasesc cu voi reteta.

Ingrediente: un bulb de fenicul, un mar mai dulce-acrisor, o jumatate de ceapa rosie, o jumatate de lamaie, 2-3 picaturi de ulei de calitate, sare si piper dupa gust. Daca lamaia este mai mica si nu foarte suculenta, aveti nevoie de una intreaga. 

Cum se procedeaza: bulbul de fenicul si marul se spala, ceapa se decojeste. Se stoarce sucul de la lamaie si se pune intr-un castron. Se taie ceapa juliene si se aseaza in sucul de lamaie. Se taie feniculul juliene si se adauga in castron. Ultimul se feliaza marul. Priviti pozele ca sa vedeti cum am procedat eu. Se adauga 2-3 picaturi de ulei (masline sau samburi de struguri… interesant ar fi si uleiul de nuci). Se potriveste de sare si piper, apoi se amesteca si se serveste simplu, ca atare, sau langa o friptura.
