Ca mamica imi doresc foarte mult ca baietelul meu sa manance sanatos. Aceasta salata de quinoa este pe gustul lui, fapt care ma bucura mult, deoarece stiu ca este sanatoasa si-i face bine.

Ingrediente: 1 cana quinoa (organica, fara gluten), 1 ceapa verde tocata sau 1/2 praz (eu am avut praz), un castravete mic taiat cubulete, 1 /2 gogosar (rosu, pentru culoare) taiat cubulete, un morcov razuit, patrunjel tocat, sare dupa gust, 1 lingura suc proaspat de lamaie, 1 lingurita ulei de samburi de struguri, o bucatica piept de pui prajit si feliat (optional) si 1 ou de prepelita (optional).
Mod de preparare: Quinoa se spala bine in apa calduta, apoi se pune la fiert in 2 cani de apa si putina sare. Amestecati din cand in cand. Dupa ce da in clocot, lasati-o la foc mic, acoperita, inca vreo 7-10 minute.
Intr-un bowl, amestecati sucul de lamaie, uleiul si sarea. Adaugati quinoa si restul ingredientelor, apoi amestecati cu grija.
Asezati salata intr-un vas si decorati-o impreuna cu copilul/copiii.
Ingredients: 1 cup Organic Quinoa , 1 green onion or 1/2 leek (I used leek), 1 little cucumber (diced), 1/2 red bell pepper (diced), 1 shredded carrot, chopped fresh parsley, salt to taste, 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice, 1 tsp grape seed oil, a piece cooked chicken breast (diced) and/or 1 hard-boiled quail egg (optional).
To rinse quinoa thoroughly before cooking, run warm water into a pot so the quinoa agitates but not overflow. Rinse for 3 minutes and drain well. Place quinoa, 2 cups water and salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Cover amd simmer for 7-10 minutes.
In a bowl, whisk together oil, lemon juice and salt. Add quinoa and all remaining ingredients and toss to combine.
Put the salad in a serving dish and decorate. Your child/children will be happy to help you 🙂
