Desert cu Quinoa

Daca v-ati saturat de cereale la micul dejun sau daca micutilor nu le mai place orezul ori grisul cu lapte, aceasta reteta simpla va va scoate din incurcatura. Avantaje: quinoa este sanatoasa si satioasa, puteti controla dumneavoastra cat zahar sau indulcitor sa puneti, iar fructele le puteti alege dupa sezon. Se prepara foarte repede si usor. Este un mic dejun sau desert care va va face mult bine!

Ingrediente: 1 cana quinoa, 1-2 linguri miere sau alt indulcitor (eu am folosit  1 lingura de sirop de agave), cativa stropi de suc proaspat de lamaie si fructe. Dupa cum se vede in poza, am folosit afine si caise… 

Mod de preparare: Quinoa se spala bine in apa calduta, apoi se pune la fiert in 2 cani de
apa si putina sare. Amestecati din cand in cand. Dupa ce da in clocot, lasati-o la foc mic, acoperita, inca vreo 7-10 minute. 
Quinoa se amesteca cu indulcitorul si sucul de lamaie. Totul dupa gust.
In vasul din care veti servi se aseaza un strat de quinoa, unul de fructe, un altul de quinoa si se orneaza cu fructe. 

Nu veti regreta alegerea. Quinoa contine mai multe proteine decat orice alta grana, o proteina completa, cu o balanta aproape ideala de aminoacizi (sper ca am tradus corect 🙂 Este o bogata sursa de fibre, calciu, fosfor, fier si vitaminele B, E. 
Nu contine gluten si este usor de digerat. Este versatila si foarte usor de preparat.
