Yummy Pizza! Aveti nevoie de: 
– 2 bucati tortilla
– sos de rosii cu ciuperci (daca nu aveti asa ceva, puteti folosi un sos de rosii simplu si cateva ciuperci din conserva)
– cateva rondele de ceapa
– cateva rondele de rosii 
– anghinare marinata (1-2 bucati) E delicioasa!!!
– o bucata burger vegetal (pentru varinata cu burger)
– o legatura de sparanghel
– un pumn de branza vegetala Daiya vegan cheese (se poate inlocui cu un sos de fulgi de drojdie) sau mozzarella.
– 150g rugula (arugula), 1-2 linguri suc proaspat de lamaie, 1/2 lingura ulei, cativa samburi de floarea soarelui, sare si piper dupa gust

Reclame

Sparanghelul se opareste in apa cu sare. Eu chiar aveam pe foc o ciorbica, asa ca l-am oparit 2-3 minute acolo. 
Se intinde sosul de rosii peste tortilla. Peste sos se aseaza rondelele de ceapa si cele de rosie. Se aseaza bucatile de sparanghel si anghinarea. Se potriveste de sare si piper. Eu nu am mai pus sare pentru ca anghinarea era destul de sarata. Peste toate acestea se presara branza Daiya, care imita cascavalul razuit (sau ce varianta de branza ati ales).

Pentru varianta cu burger se procedeaza la fel doar ca se inlocuieste anghinarea cu bucati de burger (care este deja copt conform instructiunilor de pe pachet). Pentru aceasta varianta am asezat rondelele de rosii deasupra si nu sub bucatile de burger.

Se da la cuptor pana cand se rumenesc usor si se servesc cu salata.

Salata de rugula este cat se poate de simpla. Nu am vrut sa o complic, deoarece nu era cazul. Rugula se spala, se zvanta si se stropeste cu un amestec din suc de lamaie, ulei, sare si piper dupa gust. Se presara si samburii de floarea soarelui si gata. Pofta buna!
