De curand, cineva m-a rugat sa pun pe site meniuri. Cred ca este o idee buna si am incerc sa raspund acestei nevoi cat mai curand. Dar, pana atunci, va sugerez o reteta sanatoasa pentru cina. Sa nu credeti ca va propun o reteta simpla de macaroane cu mac (desi, eu cred ca si asta ar fi o varianta foarte buna), ci vreau sa va provoc la o portie de macaroane cu mac intr-o varianta mai putin obisnuita. Simplu, sanatos si foarte gustos!

Ingrediente necesare: 500g paste fusilli (puteti folosi si alt fel de paste, eu folosesc paste cu cat mai putini carbohidrati); 1-2 linguri ulei de samburi de struguri (puteti inlocui cu o bucatica de unt); 1 lingura suc proaspat de lamaie; 6-7 linguri de mac; 2 lingura seminte de susan; 2 lingura seminte de in; coaja razuita de la o lamaie; zahar dupa gust si frunzulite proaspate de menta, pentru ornat. 

Mod de preparare: Pastele se fierb conform intructiunilor de pe pachet. Nu uitati sa puneti sare in apa in care fierbeti macaroanele 🙂 Cand sunt fierte, se strecoara si se amesteca bine cu uleiul si sucul de lamaie.
Inainte de servire  se macina macul, semintele de in si cele de susan. Puteti folosi o rasnita pentru cafea pentru operatia aceasta. Amestecati cu zahar alb sau brun (cantitatea o alegeti gustul dumneavoastra) si coaja de lamaie.
Puneti in farfurii macaroanele si peste ele presarati cate 1-2 linguri din acest delicios amestec.
