Tort cu zmeura - Framboisier

Am vazut tortuletul asta la  Ricardo and friends  http://www.foodnetwork.ca/recipes/recipe.html?dishid=8744
De multa vreme mi-am propus sa-l fac, insa ba nu am gasit pasta de migdale, ba n-am avut zmeura destula… Acum am avut de toate si mi-am luat inima in dinti si l-am facut, cu mici modificari.
Este un desert deosebit. Daca aveti grija cum taiati bucatile, arata superb, iar combinatia de zmeura, crema, pandispan si martipan este foarte rafinata si gustoasa. Incercati-l!
Abia astept sa se coaca zmeura la noi (asta din import e destul de scumpa) si voi face acest tortulet mai des. O sa incerc sa inlocuiesc crema cu un ganache de ciocolata alba, e mai sanatoasa 🙂 Merci beaucoup Ricardo!!!
