Vinete coapte in forma de evantai, varianta cu sunca. Simplu de preparat, insa de mare efect. Pot fi un aperitiv elegant sau se pot servi langa orez, quinoa, cartofi , sosuri…

Ingrediente pentru 2 portii:
– 2 vinete mici
– branza mozzarella sau cascaval
– cateva bucati de sunca presata
– rosii 
– condimente (eu am un fel de sare condimentata, foarte buna)
– usturoi
– ulei de masline
– sare, piper
– suc proaspat de lamaie
