Clatite din cartofi (latkes) cu avocado si ardei copti

Un mic dejun mai sofisticat, pentru dimineti in care aveti mai mult timp de petrecut in bucatarie. Merita! Va dau reteta pentru 3 portii, noi fiind 2 adulti si un copil, dar voi puteti sa o adaptati cu usurinta la numarul de persoane pe care-l doriti. 

Ingrediente: 
Pentru latkes: 3 cartofi de marime medie, dati pe razatoarea mare, 1 catel de usturoi, o ceapa verde, 1 ou, 2-3 linguri de pesmet sau faina, sare si piper dupa gust, cateva fire de marar si o lingura de ulei, o jumatate de lamaie.
Pentru pasta de avocado: un avocado bine copt, un catel de usturoi, sare si piper dupa gust. 
Va mai trebuie 2-3 ardei copti, de preferinta rosii. Daca nu aveti, puteti sa-i inlocuiti cu 2-3 rosii. Gustul va fi diferit, insa tot buni vor fi. 
Patrunjel sau coriandru pentru presarat deasupra.
