Maine sunt invitata la o intalnire intre doamne 🙂 si m-am gandit sa fac prajiturica aceasta, cu gandul ca sigur va place tuturor. Pentru ca este foarte cald, am copt noaptea, asa ca pozele mele lasa de dorit. Varianta originala de Lamington (asa-i zice prajiturii asteia) este fara miere in compozitie, insa mie imi place reteta de fata, pentru ca e exact asa cum ne facea mama cand eram copii. Voi incerca si varianta originala, australiana, dar cu alta ocazie. 

Ingrediente: pentru blat – 30g unt sau margarina, 200g zahar, 2 oua intregi, 2 linguri miere, 100g lapte, 250g faina si jumatate lingurita bicarbonat. 
Glazura: 250g zahar, 4 linguri cacao, 150ml lapte, 200g unt, esenta de rom. Si nuca de cocos.
