Chec cu pere intregi si ciocolata

Am incercat aceasta reteta si sunt foarte multumita de cum mi-a iesit. Este un desert deosebit, cu gust rafinat si cu aspect imbietor.

Ingrediente:

  • 4-5 pere mai mici, coapte, deci nu tari (mie mi-au incaput in tava doar 4, pentru ca erau mai marisoare),
  • 150g ciocolata de calitate,
  • 200g faina,
  • 140g unt moale,
  • 100g zahar pudra (puteti pune 150g, daca va place mai dulce),
  • 2 albusuri si 4 galbenusuri,
  • un varf de cutit sare,
  • esenta de vanile si de rom.

Prajitura (chec) simpla si delicioasa cu fructe de sezon

Va recomand aceasta prajitura, care este de fapt un fel de chec cu fructe de sezon. Acum am facut-o cu visine, care sunt preferatele mele. Dar, merge foarte bine cu cirese, afine, capsuni, zmeura, struguri etc. Reteta am adaptat-o de La Lena. 

Ingrediente
– 4 oua mari
– 150g zahar
– 200 ml lapte
– 150 ml ulei
– 300g faina
– un praf de copt
– un praf de sare
– o budinca de vanilie (optional)
– 400-500 g visine (nu stiu cat au cantarit fara samburi)

Mi-am cumparat niste forme rotunde din hartie, ca si cele pentru muffins, doar ca sunt mai tari si mai mari. Sunt foarte practice. Checul se poate coace direct in forma respectiva si poate fi mai usor transportat. In plus, arata frumos 🙂 Formele sunt de la Welcome Home Brands si sunt multumita de ele.

Reteta de chec este din The Williams-Sonoma Baking Book. Este cu prune uscate, dar se poate face si cu stafide, curmale, smochine… gustul va fi diferit, normal, dar tot bun va fi. Puteti sa-l coaceti intr-o tava normala de chec (23x13cm). 

Ingrediente: 375g prune uscate, 250ml apa fierbinte, o lingurita esenta naturala de vanilie, 315g faina, 185g zahar (eu am pus mai putin), 90g nuci, un praf de copt, o lingurita rasa bicarbonat, un pic de sare, o lingurita scortisoara, jumatate lingurita nucsoara, un ou mai mare, 60g unt topit si lasat la temperatura camerei.
