S-ar parea ca avem niste „papile gustative” si in ochi, pentru ca ni se pare mai delicios ceea ce ne incanta si privirea. Si, uite asa, gatitul devine o arta din mai multe puncte de vedere 🙂

Am vazut si eu reteta aceasta de branzoaice si m-am gandit sa o fac, pentru ca mi-au placut cum arata. Le-am facut si a doua oara, cand am facut si pozele ca sa le pot posta. 
Vi le recomand cu toata caldura, iar daca aveti si o masina de piine, care sa va ajute cu aluatul, restul e floare (trandafir!) la ureche. 

Ingrediente: 
Pentru aluat: 500g faina, 2 oua intregi, 250ml lapte caldut, 2-3 linguri ulei (sau unt moale), o lingurita sare, coaja rasa de la o lamaie, 4 linguri de zahar si un plic de zahar vanilat si 2 lingurite de drojdie uscata (sub forma de granule).
