Orez cu ciuperci

In fiecare zi trebuie sa consumam intre 5-12 portii de cereale (grain products) si intre 5-10 portii legume si fructe. La o masa in care servim o portie de orez cu ciuperci, putem bifa ca am consumat 2 portii de cereale (250 ml orez=2 portii) si 2 portii de vegetale.

Reteta este cat se poate de simpla:

  • o cana de orez Basmati
  • o ceapa medie
  • un catel usturoi
  • un morcov
  • o tulpina de telina
  • 7-8 ciuperci champignon
  • patrunjel
  • sare
  • piper
  • 2 linguri ulei de masline

Ceapa se taie felii si se pune la dunstuit int uleiul incins. Se taie marunt tulpina de telina si usturoiul si se adauga in cratita, apoi morcovul si ciupercile. Se condimenteaza cu sare si piper.  Urmeaza sa punem orezul, amestecam si dupa circa 1 minut se pun 2 cani de apa si se lasa intre 8-10 minute la fiert. La final se pune patrunjelul.

Daca folositi alt tip de orez, care fierbe mai greu, trebuie schimbata ordinea in care introduceti ingredientele in cratita. Dupa ceapa, se introduce orezul si apoi celelalte pe rand.

Se serveste cu salata proaspata (se considera 250 ml = o portie) sau sfecla rosie (125 ml = o portie).
