Franzela umpluta cu sunca si cascaval

Este o reteta ideala pentru picnic, excursii, micul dejun sau pachetelul de la scoala.

Pentru aluatul de franzela aveti nevoie de: 215ml apa calduta, 1 lingurita drojdie uscata, 550g faina, 70g unt moale sau 40ml ulei de masline, 1 lingura zahar, 1/2 lingurita sare, 5g mustar, 1 ou si o lingura lapte pentru uns deasupra.

Pentru umplutura: cateva masline, 100g cascaval in felii subtiri si 200g sunca feliata subtire. Seminte de susan pentru ornat.

Este o paine periculos de buna, asa ca daca o faceti, aveti grija sa nu mancati prea multa dintr-o data 🙂

Ingrediente:

  • 550g faina alba
  • 2 lingurite sare
  • 2 linguri zahar
  • 2 lingurite drojdie uscata
  • 2 linguri lapte praf daca aveti la indemana (eu am facut fara)
  • 4 linguri ulei de masline (sau alt tip)
  • 3 linguri susan si 3 linguri mac
  • 350-400 apa calduta

Pentru uns deasupra:

  • un galbenus
  • 2 linguri lapte
  • 1 lingurita zahar
  • 2 linguri mac (optional)

Tartina cu paine integrala si pasta de avocado

Un mic dejun cu avocado este un bun start intr-o zi cu un program incarcat si nu numai. Avocado sau untul vegetal este un fruct cu proprietati deosebite. Contine grasimi care protejeaza vasele de sange, scade colesterolul rau si-l creste pe cel bun si este bogat in vitaminele A, B, C, D, E si K.

Ingrediente: Un fruct de avocado bine copt, o ceapa verde, 1 lingurita mustar, marar, sare si piper, 4-5 stropi suc proaspat de lamaie, 2 felii de paine intergala cu semnite, o rosie.

Mod de preparare: Avocado se taie in doua, se scoate samburele si se cutrata de coaja (iese din coaja foarte usor daca il ajutati cu o lingura). Se mixeaza impreuna cu o ceapa verde, o lingurita mustar (cu hrean, daca va place), cateva fire de marar, 4-5 stropi de lamaie, sare si piper dupa gust. Se intinde pe paine proaspata sau prajita si se serveste cu rosie.
