Piept de pui umplut cu ciuperci si cascaval

Piept de pui, umplut cu ciuperci si cascaval, cu crusta de smantana, parmezan si pesmet. Se poate servi alaturi de cartofi piure si sos de merisoare.

Reteta pentru 4 portii:

– 4 jumatati piept de pui
– 2 cepe verzi
– 1-2 catei usturoi
– 5-6 bucati ciupercute
– 1 lingura ulei de masline
– o bucata cascaval (in jur de 40g)
– 4 linguri smantana
– 4 linguri pesmet
– parmezan razuit (cat sa se presare deasupra)
– sare si piper dupa gust
– mirodenii, dupa preferinta (eu am o sare cu mirodenii)
– 4-8 scobitori (eu am pus cate 2 la fiecare bucata de piept de pui)

Mod de prepare:

Ceapa si usturoiul se calesc in lingura de ulei, intr-o craticioara, la foc mediu. Se adauga ciupercile feliate. Puteti adauga mirodenii sau verdeata, dupa preferinta.
Cand sunt gata se iau de pe foc si se lasa la racit. 

Se razuie cascavalul si se aseaza intr-un bowl.

Se pregaste carnea de pui. Se face cate un buzunarel la fiecare jumatate de piept (vezi imaginile). In fiecare buzunarel se pune cate o lingura, doua (cate incap) de ciuperci, apoi se presara cascaval. Se inchide „buzunarul” si se fixeaza cu scobitori.

Se unge o forma termorezistenta si se aseaza in ea bucatile de piept de pui. 

Smantana se amesteca cu mirodenii si se aseaza cate o lingura peste fiecare bucata de piept. se presara deasupra pesmet si parmezan. Se dau la cuptor in jur de 40 minute. Se verifica daca sunt gata.

Se servesc alaturi de o garnitura buna, sos sau salata.

Nu uitati sa coateti scobitorile inainte de servire. 

Nota: Dupa ce am facut buzunarele, eu am oparit carnea de pui (doar 1 minut), de aceea in poze se vede diferenta de culoare la carne.
