Ciorba de legume – sotul la bucatarie

Din nou sotul. Weekendul acesta am incercat sa pregatesc meniul pentru familie.
Pentru felul unu am gatit ciorba de vegetale. Aici gasiti meniul complet sau aici felul doi.

Portii: 5-6
Ingrediente
:
 – 2 cartofi
 – 2 morcovi
 – o mana de fasole verde
 – o tulpina telina
 – 2 rosii
 – 1/2 ceapa mare
 – 1/2 conserva boabe porumb
 – o mana de brocoli
 – 2 linguri ulei masline
 – 2.5 litri apa
– 1 lingura sare (daca aveti sare cu condimente, daca nu adaugati si piper)
 – 1/2 legatura frunze patrunjel
Dressing:
 – smantana / iaurt
 – otet de mere / bors / lamaie

Ca sa ne fie mai usor, pregatim toate ingredientele: 

  1. taiem ceapa marunt
  2. taiem morcovii felii subtiri
  3. taiem telina, rosiile si cartofii cubulete
  4. taiem capetele de le fasolea verde (se arunca) si o sectionam in bucati de 1 cm
  5. spalam si taiem floretele de brocoli
  6. clatim porumbul si il strecuram intr-o strecuratoare

Se pun 2 linguri ulei intr-o oala incapatoare (aproximativ 3.5 L), se soteaza ceapa (2-3 minute) si se adauga pe rand telina, rosiile, fasolea verde si cartofii.

Se adauga 2.5L apa fierbinte si se lasa la foc mediu timp de 15 minute.

Se adauga brocoli si porumbul si se mai lasa inca 5 minute. Se verifica daca legumele sunt fierte. 

Se ia de pe foc se adauga patrunjelul tocat si se acopera cu capacul.

La servire se drege (pe portie) cu cate o lingura de smantana sau iaurt si in functie de preferinte cu cate o jumatate de lingurita de otet de mere, bors sau lamaie.
