Ciorba (supa) de fasole verde

O bunatate! Fara carne, fara multe condimente… fara rantas. Nu fac nici o alta introducere. Unii o numesc ciorba, altii supa… voi numiti-o cum vreti 🙂

Ingrediente: 250g fasole verde, o ceapa, 2-3 catei de usturoi, o lingura ulei de masline, 2 morcovei, sare, piper, patrunjel, marar si smantana sau iaurt. 

Se prepara simplu si repede. Se toaca ceapa si usturoiul. Se soteaza in ulei. Se adauga fasolea si morcovii. Se acopera cu apa fierbinte si se lasa sa fiarba pana cand fasolea este fiarta (in jur de 15min). Intre timp se spala cateva fire de patrunjel si marar. Se toaca si se adauga la ciorba, chiar inainte de a o lua de pe foc. 

Se serveste cu smantana sau iaurt.
