O reteta simpla pentru fursecuri care se topesc in gura. Se spune ca un pic de cardamon pulbere (in engleza cardamom), da un gust aparte acestor fursecuri cu vanilie.

Ingrediente:

  • 250g unt fara sare
  • 250g zahar
  • un ou mare
  • 2 lingurite si jumatate de extract de vanilie
  • o jumatate lingurita cardamon pulbere (optional)
  • 1/2 lingurita sare
  • 390g faina (all purpose) cernuta. 

Mod de preparare: Preincalziti cuptorul la 375F. Mixati untul cu zaharul la viteza medie, pana devine spumos. Adaugati oul, extractul de vanilie, cardamonul si sarea. Amestecati cu o lingura de lemn si adaugati faina. Omogenizati aluatul. Puneti aluatul intr-un aparat pentru biscuiti spritati si spritati fursecurile direct pe tava. Se pun in cuptor 10-12 minute, pana se auresc deasupra. Se transfera pe un grilaj si se lasa la racit. Se pot decora cu zahar vanilat, dar eu ii prefer simpli. 
Ies peste 40 de bucati si pot fi pastrati in containere, la temperatura camerei, mai multe zile.
