Paste cu varza calita

Paste cu varza calita, un fel de mancare bun si satios, usor de preparat, din doar doua ingrediente de baza. O reteta buna si pentru vegetarieni sau cei care tin cura de slabire. Combinatia de paste si varza este nu doar gustoasa, ci si ingaduita, pentru ca nu ingrasa (nu exagerati cu cantitatile!).

Ingrediente:

  • 350g paste tip fundite
  • o varza creata de marime medie
  • 2-3 linguri ulei
  • sare si piper.

Mod de preparare:  Curatati varza de frunzele exterioare, taiati-o in doua si indepartati cotorul. Taiati fiecare jumatate in doua si taiati „taitzei” cat mai fini… Sarati-o si amestecati bine, bine, apoi lasati-o 5-10 minute, dupa care stoarceti-o de apa lasata…

Pastele se fierb conform instructiunilor de pe pachet si apoi se strecoara…

Varza se caleste intr-o cratita, pe fundul careia ati pus uleiul. Eu am lasat-o aproximativ 20-25 minute, timp in care am invartit in ea destul de des, ca sa nu se prinda de fund. Daca va place varza mai moale si mai maronie, lasati-o la calit mai mult (cam 40 minute). Cand este aproape gata, se gusta si se potriveste de sare si piper. Aveti grija, varza a fost sarata initial, asa ca nu mai are nevoie de prea multa sare. Gustati si vedeti. 

Se amesteca pastele cu varza calita si se serveste imediat.

Sunt variante de varza calita in care se pune si ceapa sau boia. Eu am ales varianta aceasta simpla, care imi cade foarte bine 🙂
